Order & Cancellation Policy

• অর্ডার সফল হবার পর কোন ভাবে সেটি বাতিল করা যাবেনা, তবে যদি ডেলিভারি সফল হবার পূর্বে আমাদের সাপোর্টে জানানো হয় তবে সেই অর্ডার টি বাতিলকরণ প্রযোজ্য হবে। (শর্ত ১.১)
• অর্ডার বাতিল এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রদানকৃত মূল্য ফেরত যোগ্য নয়, তবে সেটি (শর্ত ১.১) এর আওতাভুক্ত হলে অন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে মূল্য বিনিময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• যদি আমাদের দ্বারা কোন অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ হয় তবে গ্রাহকের মূল্য টি ১-২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে। (bKash Online Payment এবং Manual Payment) এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। এবং যেই সব গ্রাহক (aamarPay) ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করবেন তাদের রিফান্ড কার্যকর হবে (aamarPay) এর শর্ত অনুযায়ী, সাধারণত ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় নিয়ে থাকে।
• প্রোডাক্টের স্টক সমস্যার জন্য এফআরটেক যেকোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

 

• Once the order is successful, it cannot be canceled in any way, but if our support is informed before the delivery is successful, then the cancellation of the order will be applicable. (Condition 1.1)
• In case of order cancellation, the price paid is non-refundable, but if it is covered by (Condition 1.1) price exchange with another product will be applicable.
• If any order is canceled by us, the customer will be refunded within 1-24 hours. Applicable to (bKash Online Payment and Manual Payment). And all customers who pay using (aamarPay) will have their refund processed as per (aamarPay) terms, usually taking 3-7 working days.
• FRTECH reserves the right to cancel any order due to product stock issues.
